Description
Drive chains of serial bus servos from your Pimoroni Yukon project.
Supports both half and full duplex UART serial servos, with half duplex exposed via two molex connectors. We have provided support for the LX-16A serial bus servos we stock, though other brands with the same connector and pin out would be hardware compatible.
Also included is an unpopulated 3-4 pin header, letting you solder in the exact connector you need for your style of serial servo.
We used a couple of these modules to drive the serial servos on all of our Spider Tank's lovely legs!
Servos are sold separately.

Notes
- Measurements: 24mm x 20mm x 11.2mm (L x W x H).
- This module uses the RP2040's UART hardware, of which there are two. This means that only two modules can be used simultaneously, and they should be placed in Yukon Slots that do not share the same UART.
- UART 0 is on Yukon Slots 1, 4, and 5
- UART 1 is on Yukon Slots 2, 3, and 6
About Yukon
Yukon is a high-power modular robotics and engineering platform, built around Raspberry Pi's formidable RP2040 chip. It has slots for attaching interchangeable hardware modules for driving combinations of devices such as motors, servos, steppers, and LED strips, all from one board!
Featuring an XT30 connector, Yukon can be directly powered off 2 to 4 cell LiPo batteries (or any other 5 to 17V source), to deliver up to 15A continuous for your high-power projects. An e-Fuse with switchable output protects the board, along with voltage, current, and temperature sensors that can be monitored by your programs.
