Description
An industrial 16-channel relay module controlled via the RS485 bus and using Modbus RTU protocol. It features built-in protection circuits including isolated power supply, magnetic isolation, resettable fuse, TVS diode, etc.
The Modbus RTU 16-channel relay module is user-friendly and ideal for industrial control systems and applications with high communication demands due to its fast communication, stability, reliability, and security.
- Configurable addresses (1~255), multiple devices can be cascaded on the RS485 bus.
- Supports Flash-On-Off function by passing arguments as command, allowing the relay to be turned on for a period and then automatically off.
- Isolated power supply provides stable isolated voltage without additional power supply.
- Magnetic isolation enables signal isolation, offering high reliability, strong anti-interference capability, and low power consumption.
- Built-in resettable fuse and TVS diode effectively suppress voltage spikes and transients, protecting against overcurrent, overvoltage, lightning, and electrostatic discharge.
- Isolated optocoupler prevents relay from being disturbed by high-voltage circuits.
- Dedicated relay chip with built-in freewheeling diode protection enhances driver capability and stability.
- Reverse protection circuit prevents accidental damage to the circuit due to incorrect connections.
- High-quality relay, contact rating: ≤10A 250VAC/30VDC.
- DIN rail mounted ABS enclosure, easy to install and safe to use.
- 3 LEDs for indicating MCU status and signal transmission status.
