Level shifting chips let you connect 3V and 5V devices together safely. This chip is similar to others in the shop (such as the 74LVC125) except this one is particularly good at converting 3V logic up to 5V. This is in demand especially when connecting some 3V devices such as the Teensy 3 to NeoPixels! Just power the 74AHCT125 with 5V, it will detect 3V logic properly. You can also use it to connect 5V logic out to 3V logic in, that's when you want to power the 74AHCT125 with 3V, it can safely read 5V logic on the input pins.
To use, apply 3-5V power to the VCC pin, common ground to the ground pin, and tie the /OE (output enable) pins to ground. Data goes in on the A pins and goes out on the matching Y pins. Check the datasheet for the pinouts!
This is a cute half size breadboard which has 400 tie-points, is great for small projects. it\'s 2.2" x 3.4" (5.5cm x 8.2cm) with a standard double-strip (300pts) in the middle and two power rails (100pts) on both sides. You can pull the power rails off easily to make the breadboard as thin as 1.4" (3.5cm) and stick it onto your Raspberry Pi. You...
This \'full-size\' breadboard with 830 tie points is perfect for small and medium projects. it\'s 2.2" x 7" (5.4cm x 16.5cm) with a standard double-strip (630pts) in the middle and two power rails (200pts) on both sides. You can pull the power rails off easily to make the breadboard as thin as 1.4" (3.5cm). You can also "snap" these breadboards...
This adapter allows you to connect a barrel jack connector to bare wires. One end has screw terminals and the other has a 5.5x2.1mm, center-positive female barrel jack. If you have a power supply with a barrel jack and want to plug it into a breadboard, this might be the simple solution.
The MQ5 is used in gas leakage detecting equipment in consumer and industry applications, this sensor is suitable for detecting LPG, natural gas, coal gas. Avoid the noise of alcohol, cooking fumes and cigarette smoke. The sensitivity can be adjusted by the potentiometer.
This is a very common 10nF capacitor. Used on all sorts of applications to decouple ICs from power supplies. 0.1" spaced leads make this a perfect candidate for breadboarding and perf boarding. Rated at 50V.
Electrolytic decoupling capacitors 1000uF/6,3V. These capacitors are great transient/surge suppressors. Attach one between the power and ground of your project to ensure smooth power delivery. High quality radial electrolytic capacitors.
This is a simple-to-use Carbon Monoxide (CO) sensor, suitable for sensing CO concentrations in the air. The MQ-7 can detect CO-gas concentrations anywhere from 20 to 2000ppm.
This sensor has a high sensitivity and fast response time. The sensor\'s output is an analog resistance. The drive circuit is very simple; all you need to do is power the heater...
These are the smallest NeoPixel breakouts around! Tiny, bright RGB pixels to your project. These little PCBs are only 8mm x 10mm and have two sets of three pads on the back for soldering wires. These ultra-bright LEDs have a constant-current driver cooked right into the LED package! The pixels are chainable - so you only need 1 pin/wire to...
The Pi T-Cobbler breaks out all 40 pins from the 40 pin GPIO header onto a solderless breadboard. This mini kit will make prototyping with the Raspberry Pi super easy. Each broken out pin is labeled for easy identification without looking at cheat sheets.
This sealed Digital Temperature Sensor DS18B20 1 meter probe lets you precisely measure temperatures in wet environments with a simple 1-Wire interface. The DS18B20 provides 9 to 12-bit (configurable) temperature readings over a 1-Wire interface, so that only one wire (and ground) needs to be connected from a central microprocessor.
The ESP8266 started a small revolution by bringing WiFi to a small and cheap package that also had enough processing power and enough pins to get small things done. Now get ready to take your bite-sized WiFi capabilities to the next level with the ESP-WROOM-32 WiFi / Bluetooth Classic / BLE Module!
